My advice would be to be prompted and on time for work. Be sure that you are ready for any type of situation that may come about, and always respect everyone equally.

Talk to the "officers" not management about what really goes on and how officers are "really" treated, you'll find the truth, supervisors, management and corporate personnel will blow smoke just to get a body to cover a post, not concern with morale, and putting the "right" people in the "right" positions, integrity by management and supervisors worst place i EVER witness, and this is coming from a retired military combat veteran who knows how important taking care of your personnel can change any work environment. BIG difference military leadership vs civilian leadership....

The lack of professionalism and leadership by example from personnel in supervisory and corporate positions.
