DO NOT WORK HERE UNLESS YOU'RE A SIZE 5 AND "ATTRACTIVE" TO THE LEADERS. THEY BASE HOW THEY TREAT YOU BASED ON YOUR LOOKS.. NO JOKE. THEY DON'T PAY YOU FOR ALL YOUR HOURS AND MAKE YOU CLOCK OUT WHEN THERE'S DOWN TIME. SCHEDULED FOR 35hrs A WEEK AND ONLY GET PAID FOR 28-30hrs. THEY OFFER 2 WEEKS VACATION A YEAR BUT IN MY THREE YEARS WORKING THERE I ONLY AVERAGED ENOUGH HOURS TO GET ONE PAID VACATION IN 3 YEARS!! DO NOT BE FOOLED WHEN THEY SAY YOU'LL MAKE $15-$18/hr, IT'S DAMN NEAR IMPOSSIBLE UNLESS YOU'RE AT THE SUMMERLIN STORE. I CAN SAY THAT TAREN IS AN AWESOME AREA LEADER, KELLY HOWEVER IS A SNOBBY BITCH. IF SHE DON'T LIKE YOU SHE'LL MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL!!

I was one of the original stylist That busted and grinded the opening of a new store, coming in early staying late exceeding shop goals day after day some days10 hrs some days no lunch, but loven every minute of it because it was so rewarding knowing that I was a part of establishing this successful business only to be sucker punched and fired speaking my mind I realized everyone of us hard working girls that worked endlessly were being booted one by one to be reolaced by girls in their early 20s...sport clips don't care if you can give a good haircut, only that you look good in their stupid ass uniformes it is truley the Hooters of hair shops! ( I did make some serious money though)

The 1st sport clips was the best job, team and family I ever experienced in the industry! !! 10 it's impossible to find a bunch of girls in any business but especially salons who all loved each other. I truly believe because we all believe in the values from the owner to receptionist! !! We got treated like we treat the customeri was there for years but our slow and bussy times refleced eventually our hours to drive over an hour to work 2. OMG!!! WORKED was so excited 3 minutes from my house! !! LEFT AFTER 2 MEETINGS =(2) 4 HOUR SESSIONS. .. Never met the owner but rumor has he is extremely mean abd dies nothing for the business and manager does all, 8 hours and no one got a long, mean, competitive OMG WEVWERE NOT OPENED AND DIDN'T EVEN HAVECA REGISTER CHAIR PHONE SO FAST I RAN!!! IT'S A SHAME I wish Gordon had a better way to monitor his business I reported it to hr because I emailed the owner no response hr did nothing the company vision values awesomeness team leaders be careful
