Forget all notions of being anything but a corporate drone. Leave all individuality and personality at the door. Take a clue from the fact that they refer to relocating employees as "restacking".

I attempted to contribute a new research method badly needed by my team. I was the only PhD on the team, but had just been promoted from admin. assistant, so my knowledge was pooh-poohed. I was told that the corp. had its own research dept. and if help was needed, they would be consulted rather than an admin. asst. I told them that I had performed studies using the research method and had been published in professional journals, but was angrily dismissed.
