I am proud of the fact that the Child Support program in Florida had a very high compliance rate in collections for the children and families we served. After the probationary period, allow the candidate more experience.

I did my internship with The State Public Defenders. I worked with any attorneys that had available work for me. I learned a lot by either doing the work and asking questions. The end of me graduating I was offered a job with the State Public Defenders. When I showed up was not told or trained how to do the front desk and their duties. They did inform me that if I had any questions to ask. Everytime I needed help, no one was available or at the office. At the end my Spanish got disqualified by a Non Spanish speaker and my work was terminated shortly after and was terminated instantly and the person who fired me used vulgar and cuss words towards me. You would think this is supposed to be a professional place especially dealing with the public. Nope, guess we are all treated the same.

I learned to never work there again

Do it! Great place to work, amazing management.
