The work is challenging but not overwhelming in the sense that it does not, after initial exposure, keep you awake at night. The people I work with are also a plus.

I love the fact that to work for the State of Arizona it is about helping and understanding the different cultures. I understand it would be so boring to have one culture, one same pattern of behavior and lifestyle. We are different in so many ways and we can learn so much from each other. It is very rewarding to make a difference in someone’s life without even speaking the same language!
