I really loved working for #Stephenson - Pond Homestead because...

The Stephenson - Pond Homestead is full of love and compassion, life lessons, and responsibilities. I have learned a great deal about raising a family through crisis management, learning to multitask appropriately, manage my time acutely, and delegate authority when necessary. This is all on-the-job training critical for everyday life. #onthejobtraining #wordsofadvice

The CEO should as a matter of urgency create a forum whereby he can meet with all the members of staff to share their experience on the job instead of meeting with the supervisors alone. This is all centred towards the growth of the company. Also, efficient and effective staff should be rewarded accordingly to encourage all other staff and also serve as a motivation to staff for higher productivity level.
