It is trying to do the assigned tasks without interference from the Executive Director. She is very demanding and not in a polite or manager type way. If people are around she appears very friendly and helpful. If there is no one around she is mean spirited and rude in her way of dealing with people. Most of the people that loose their job there is due to her. That includes department heads and lower position workers. She does not allow a person to be warned or the usual 2-3 write ups, does not usually even ask questions she just orders your manager to replace you. If a person decides to work at Stonecrest they probably won't be there long if hired.
