Trusting others, thinking they are your friends, just do your job, do not share personal information with anybody, they will use it against you later

It is not a place for young graduated who are yet to start their life. Because there are no benefits and insurance after work. 2013-2014 HND holders at haulage stores, my salary was 125.00 Ghana CEDI's . No social security contributions , I mean nothing. This Chinese group in Ghana bauxite needs to be sack. Sometime you of salary increase they will tell you that if you can't do the job go home, the next day they employ different person. Because of this stealing of truck parts for sales outside the town is on going. Just look at all this? I will only advice only old men should only be employed there, those who have retired from their place of works should be employed to work there.

Applying for the job in the first place. It was lots of physical work, poor supervision, having everyone treat you as their subordinate and having conflicting instructions from the supervisors, i.e. water these plants, and someone else telling you not to water those plants, trying to guide pallets around when you haven't been taught how to use the puller. Horrible place to work.
