I ended up walking out on my Job Monday night. But thats ok. I was not getting any hours. All they was giving me 4-6 hours a week. Plus I was a server that only made $4.95. A hour. And the hours was at the slowest time of day. It take me a hour to a hour and a hafe to get ready a get to work. That was just wasting my makeup. And makeup is not cheap. So I started looking for another job. I had to have some type of money coming in so I can make sure I had my personal hygiene products for me and my kids. We ate a whole lot of ramen noodles. But I'm still okay. Last week I went to an interview. And the guy forgot I was showing up. I was a little upset but I got over it. I left place of business he started on my way home I was getting ready to pull up in the driveway and he called. He apologized so much I told him it was okay things happen he's only human and we are all allowed to make mistakes. So we reschedule for another interview. First thing Monday morning I went I was there for three and a half hours. He told me I was perfect for the job because I was Pleasant to be around and I had some SAS in me. He said I was going to work out just fine. Cuz he said with all my experience working in the restaurant industry I would be perfect for this job. I am running my own dining room fine dining I am not waiting no more tables. I get to dress up walk around be pleasant and Sassy all in one. That's a hell of a job to get. And what he offered me my wise oh yes hell yes I took it. I have been depressed upset crying discourage I'm done with everything. But I keep getting on here and I keep getting positive feedback from everyone. You people are so awesome don't know you personally I keep seeing everyone of you have a place in my heart and thank you and I mean thank you for everything you guys are amazing. I want everyone to have a wonderful day and be pleasant and Sassy.

After 47 days I finally found me a job thank your lord

Jobcase is so AWESOME. They made filling out job applications and resume easy. The easiest out of all the on-line job placements I have tried. Helen totally hooked me up with really good job leads and after feeling rejected at job interviews, (due to my FREEZING UP at interviews), I finally got a job. I am so thrilled. First day has been fun. Good luck to all of you guys.

I finally landed a VP level job after being laid off three months ago. As part of my severance package, I received three months access to a professional firm to assist with resume, interviewing, networking, and other learning sessions Several stats stood out to me that I hope many will benefit from.
- Over 75% of all jobs are acquired through someone in your network.
- About 10-15% come from you applying on job boards
- The average response rate to you blindly applying for a job is about 2-3%.
My advice, reach out to anyone and everyone. Don't stop the hunt and going to job sites, but don't spend the majority of your time there.

I FINALLY GOT THE OFFER LETTER AND ACCEPTED MY NEW JOB TODAY. I START NEXT TUESDAY 27TH 4 WEEKS OF FUN . TRAINING. I WISH ALL OF YOU THE BEST AND HOPE IT HAPPENS FOR YOU GUYS AS WELL.

I have been waiting for 3 weeks with this company and have been working with a great recruiter also. She is so awesome how many head hunters do you know stay in contact with you on the job you applied for and she responds back to me about the position she created . Via text and email anytime of the Day,. So she has been on the Area Manager and Regional Mgr. about why I have not received an offer yet .So come to find out the HR dept. has been restructured and all the Dam RVP,s all have to go to meetings all week due to policies changes and my application pushed to the side then found. So Dam called me yesterday explained the whole restructuring and that new hr. has to approve all new managers salaries and interview managers also not GMs just assistants . SO I GUESS MONDAY I WILL RECIEVE OFFER LETTER AND START TRAINING SAME WEEK. WEIRD THING IS MONDAY IS THE 19TH AND I WAS LET GO JULY 19TH EXACT MONTH OF STRESS STILL HAVE IT BUT FEEL BETTER IM STILL THERE GUY.
