I am really excited. I got hired at Teleperformance at home yesterday. #hired #workfromhome #successtory

I am happy to say that after being unemployed since May 12th I will start my new job on Sept 27th. I feel there were several factors that helped me. Once I had my phone interview with the recruiter she schedule me to interview with the hiring manager. I then did some research. Not on the company but on interviewing. I Google search the top 10 interview questions to practice. I then search for questions to as the interviewer. There were a list of 12 but the website said to only ask two which I picked which two I wanted to ask. I arrived on time and professionally dress. I also had copies of my resume which I gave one to the manager because she did not have a completed copy. After the interview the manager had me to talk to one of her associate. Both the manager and associate were not just impress by my experience and skills but also my accomplishment of being a published author. They didn't ask questions about my book but about the process to get it publish as well as how I'm marketing my book. Before I left the manager handed me her business card to call her if I had any questions. Later, that day I Google search examples of "thank you" emails which I sent one to the manager. The following week the recruiter called me to say my interview went very well. However, they didn't feel my skills/experience was enough for the level 3 position I interview for but they felt I was a perfect fit for the level 2. The recruiter also pointed out that her and the manager felt that with training and time I would quickly be moved up to the level 3. So I accepted the offer for the level 2 as well as the salary. I cleared the background & fingerprints check and now I have my start date. I do feel that doing the research and practicing on the interview questions really help along with sending the "thank you" email. I feel these things really helped my to stand out. I'm so happy!!!

They finally called me to tell to come I been waiting a while month to get a job
