My advice to people interested in working at #SunTrustBank as a #VicePresident,BranchMgr,,LoanOfficer ...
Go for it. Great company. Keep in mind that people 65 years old will be eased out

Stressful day was when new manager I had to report to applied pressure for additional production.

Customer resisted our legal requirement to report large cash deposits. I explained our policy and federal law.

Very professional organization that values experience

I started at Sun Trust in 1987 as AVP in Naples, Florida. My main position was managing the Installment Loan Area to include loan production for six offices, portfolio management and liguidation of foreclosed assets. I had several additional responsibilities including commercial loan review, real estate loan production, trust and investment referrals, and cross selling bank products. After two years I was promoted to Vice President and Branch Manager of the Marco Island office. After opening Marco Island I was recognized by James Williams, Board Chair for operating the fastest growing Sun Trust office in the system. I left Sun Trust to accept the position of Area President of PNC Bank in Naples. Florida.
