I loved working at swift until my dispatcher was changed to a Virginia dispatcher. They stopped paying my loan but were taking the money out of my check every week and couldn't tell me where the money went for 11 month's. She played favorites and anytime I got a good load it was taken from me. I was forced to eventually quit and go somewhere else to make decent money. The first 6 month's were awesome until I got ended up with her. When I tried to switch back I was told no.

we hauled important things across the country securely & safely. But I failed to mention a misdemeanor on my record because it was a lie from my son & I thought I could get it expunged but whoops! I phoned it in prior to a proposed Canadian trip & was let go.

Don't do it because Swift trains their drivers poorly.. Swift also only cares about their loads being on time. They can care less about their drivers safety
