It was very bad b when someone failed to do his job and was asked to take over and was given a deadline so had to work under pressure too
He asked what was d problem and listerned to both sides of the story before saying his opinion about the case
He gave me d opportunity to do my job without interfearung and he was nit making any decisions without asking my views first and he also listened to my complains and attended to them
