While I was there both the transportation managing director and manager would tell racist and sexist jokes, call drivers names behind their backs and send those they didn't like on the worst routes while giving their favorites thousands of dollars in bonuses. A certain manager gave 10's of thousands of dollars to the driver she was sleeping with and would regularly call her little girl and a-hole while on conference calls while drinking. This place is toxic and not worth it.
