T and L Transportation not a good place to work. Lots of of drama and tension . Supervisors and managers make up accusations then use it against you. I was hired for a mechanic job. They asked me to be a bus driver. I said no. They then asked me to drive part of the time. That I agreed to. Then later they made up an excuse of something I allegedly did. They used this an excuse to get me out as a mechanic. Then I was only a driver. Not a good company to work for. As a driver or a mechanic.

Make sure you know what you’re doing and get ready to have a good time it all a learning experience

The associates I worked with. Pleasant and friendly and caring about each other. I enjoyed learning all facets of the CIP operation and operating different lines.

Great job but not high pay

Fun job but readership just kept going down and we were piecework so paycheck kept going down accordingly.

FAIR AND RAN GOOD STUFF

THINGS GOT DONE RIGHT

Better leadership

Two read a micro and caliber

Pro: Decent Pay Cons: is rampant with nepotism. It's definitely not about what you know but who you know and if you're a better brown noser than the next. This company thrives from these activities. Actually it gets to a point to where it's encouraged. I can't say this for all of T-Mobile but the West Region is ran terribly and they're surprisingly deceptive to their employees for some of the most minute things. #wordsofadvice
