Having Aspergers/High functioning Autism, I had a restricted communication barrier. Working at T.J. Maxx broke the communication barrier as I had to talk to customers and help them find their selected products. It gave me room to use my memory to find specific items.

Events are wonderful, you have the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life. To interact with talented musicians, and hear some awesome music. The music industry is ever changing, and never boring. I loved working for T& H but the owner decided that Las Vegas was not to be his permanent home, he moved to be closer to family.

I believe that there are no mistakes, but opportunities to improve performance. The only thing that comes to mind is at one event, I was the official time keeper for the band. The set was One hour, I would signal them in 5 minute increments: ex 45 minutes left and so on. A client was asking a question, and I was taking care of the client, and the band had to play an extra five minutes. They were okay with the extra song, but I felt that it needed an apology.

I am an easy going person, and look for the best in people. I have yet to experience drama in the workplace, because, I don't allow negativity, gossip, or bad actions to affect me personally.

There were not stressful days, there were extremely busy days which made the day go a lot faster. I prefer to stay busy and look for ways to improve my surroundings.
