I listen to the complaint without interrupting...Showed concern...Apologized with a smile and made it right...Then I gave the customer a make up coupon

The owner was awesome!!!... He was a real people person...He was the reason I felled in love with Taco Bell...He made it a great place to work...And I advance in the company very quickly because he appreciated a hard dedicated worker
