The day no one would give me a straight answer on my future with the company just the run around to help fill there quota by the end of the day knowing there intentions was to let me go

Not fighting my corrective actions that I felt were unjust I am someone who can pull 350 to 380 cart per hour when the norm is 180 to 200 a hour but that doesn't matter when you make a mistake you are defined by those things not by all the good you've done or the trends an he helpful elements around the warehouse that were your idea an has helped people these things are forgotten but all is not lost

The people an h.r. were great just felt like some operation managers over reach there position making it hard for others to do there job

I drank a damged bottle of water from the teailer I was I,loading and they fired me. They care nothing about employees I wasn't even told I couldn't Sri,k a damaged bottle of water bound for the trash. They fired me said it was company policy. What a joke.

The financial stability and the some of the people I worked with.

The pay was good the benefits were good and I definitely enjoyed the people I worked with, you worked 12-hour shifts but you got to 30 minute paid lunch breaks and it was just all around a good company to work for

Your first 6 months you are seasonal and pretty much can make no mistakes at all. I got hung up in traffic on the Interstate due to an accident and after almost 2 hours of sitting I ended up inching my way to an exit finally got off and went home and I did not call them back again to let them know that I was not going to be in that night and that was considered to be a no-show no call and I was let go because of that. A little over a month later I am still kicking myself for not calling them back and letting them know. It was a good job with good pay good benefits and I enjoyed working with everyone there. You can reapply after 6 months which I will definitely do and hopefully I will get a second chance and if so I definitely will not make the same mistake again.
