I am looking for a full time position as a teacher. Still trying to find the right fit. I was very disappointed in my last teaching position. I worked really hard. I was part time and hoped to be full time. My principal targeted me and began finding fault with everything I did. I was laid off because enrollment was low but I don't think that is why. She did not tell me what it was I was doing wrong and by the time she expressed any of this it was too late to do anything about it. I would love to work in a school where the administration actually has conversations with you about your performance. I find this all the time. If you don't tell me what I am doing wrong then how can I fix it.

Placing my full trust in some of the people who were supposed to have my back, support me, mentor me, and help me grow as a professional. In the future, I will be more careful, guarded until I know people better.

I'm a teacher that is what I do Best. On Monday Dec 17th, they terminated my employment saying that I was not a good match for what they were looking for. I've been teaching math and science, English ESL & French FSL for almost 12 years without any complaints!!! I always had students with either ADD H trouble or with the Asperger Syndrome. It was a private school and they wanted near perfect scores for all students. Basically ''cosmetic'' A & B so that the school has a near perfect image...!!! I was fired because I was giving the right grades !!! What is wrong with the education system in this country?? We have to hide the truth about our kids failing to learn basic concept.

Expecting more with high hopes only to be let down by the inadequacy and unprofessional behavior of the director. You lead by example and when your turnover rate is sky high then there is a problem with leadership. Messy is not a good look for a "boss".

Ive recently worked with Greenpeace, volunteer teaching children about Marine Life and conservationism. I am a writer, engaged in finishing a childrens book on wolves, etc.
