I have worked in diverse fields in humanity . First as a teacher in Sierra Leone, a care giver with special needs people both in Sierra Leone and the US for quite a while and worked in the kitchen to fix food and clean always. It has being amazing.

Do NOT take a special education position. Too much work. No life. Literally 2 full time jobs in one. Not enough time to do the job. Little if any job satisfaction. Students parents and supervision ungrateful.

What to do when you are teaching a Masters module online but, unfortunately, many of the students are not at Masters level and you are dealing with a very large mix of abilities?

I got fired over a knee injury that limited me to not be able to do 3 out 16 things my job required me to do. I am now suing for wrongful termination and discrimination. I was a twos preschool teacher.

I have been unemployed since May. I have a degree in early childhood education and have worked in Korea teaching, taught 3 year olds, taught pre k and have worked as a secretary for a few months at the hospital and for a year or two for a family owned business. I've applied for 8 to 12 jobs every day for months and have been unable to find something. I've been interviewed twice for kindergarten jobs but I haven't heard from one. I should hear from the other around the 13th. I'm a hard worker and it's discouraging to not hear from jobs. I'm ready to move out and start a life with the man I love but I feel stuck. I feel useless and like a loser...

Don’t apply... they don’t follow state rules and you get written up or fired for calling out if you have a sick child or if you are sick... they are very racist

Try to work in a charter school with a lower pupil-to-teacher ratio so that you can do a better job with each student and so that you do not become overwhelmed. Working in some private schools can help with this, but you do not get to participate in the excellent state retirement program.
