You need to be quick learner and like to work at a fast pace during holidays. Wear very comfortable shoes because you're on your feet all day. It will be a great experience for anyone.

Expected to be acknowledged for a job well done and feeling like I made a difference but I was just a number to them not a person.

It is like going back to high school. If they like you you will get hours and move up but if you are not favored then be content to be invisible.
