Long hours , pretty good benefits when I was working there 7 years ago. Fast paced

Was leaving that job, where I am working now we have no real benefit for working there other than a paycheck no incentives

Every day had its stresses due to long hours because our main customer was 24/7 you just have to keep going till the job is done , probably the most stressful was when I came to work after being called in at 3am due to fire pipe busting in a Warehouse and getting product all wet and having to call the big boss man .

Probably the time I was in the office doing my months end paperwork , our fire alarm went off and one of our temps came up to the front office wet, due to him hitting a fire system pipe and he lied saying he didn't hit it , which would be the only way he could get wet and he was sent back to temp agency he was mad said I lied , but we had 2 other Full time people witness him not paying attention . if he didn't lie I woyld have given him another chance

I loved being the boss. The people i had working for me would do whatever needed to be done to get the job done day after day. I loved having people that would work like that. I loved working there because we received profit sharing , bonuses at end of the year and they were usually really good

I did my best to push my people to make sure all of our customer orders were pulled , loaded correctly everytime. I pushed my guys to keep the warehouse clean and organized all the time which would make us warehouse of the year numerous times,we always kept our forklifts in tip top condition.
