Can someone tell me why the majority of employers want to do a temp-perm role in the administrative field? I have been working as a temporary employee for the last four years. I'm finding it very difficult in finding a direct hire position. Any suggestions, would be greatly appreciative, thanks. I currently reside in the Baltimore, MD area.
