
When I got fired. Because Linzi Thomas and Deborah Charlton. I took to much time in the rooms. but when you get Tennis elbow from working there. And your elbow hurts to much and you can't go to the doctor until you finish the rooms. Because the bosses don't care.

As the title says, I was terminated due to a zero-tolerance policy on safety. The kicker is that I was never shown or told that they have a policy like that. The safety documentation from both companies ( I was employed by one, and we supported the equipment that the other company used) states up to termination, nowhere in it does it say zero tolerance. Luckily I have gained employment again (I start this morning) with another company, and will be okay, I was wondering if this could be fought and get some restitution from it?

The assistant manager wrote me up 3 times cause I couldn't come into work the first time I got wrote up cause I had to call out cause my girlfriend and now fiance got raped and I needed to be at the hospital with her the other two times I was way to sick to work I was vomiting and you can't work with food if your vomiting he wanted me to work even though I was vomiting and even though I was going to bring in a doctor's note he still was going to write me up and now I am having trouble getting a job because of those write ups.

I was a delivery driver at a company, I’m always on time and always stay late to make sure all my delivery for the day is done, never had any complain. On 9/25/17 on my way to work had a severe car accident and I call them to let them know, later on that day was released from the ER , then I got a call from my employer saying that he has to let me go. His reason was I have plenty of complaint on how I do my job which I was never aware off had no verbal warning or anything like that and the accident was not my fault wasn’t ticketed for it. I’m glad I’m alive can always get another job but can’t get another life so it is what it is I’m alive and I thank God

ISI was a good place to work for the employees there, everyone ruffle had the same amount of time in and when they pulled in temps, they didn't fit in so well (as the shop was mostly women + small cliques) As you could imagine, the backstabbing got quite outta hand!! Management said point blank "we are not getting involved" can you believe that. The production supervisor, who had more time than anyone, thought she had the boss'wrapped, but a new phase was implemented and I was promoted to 'programming supervisor' and she felt like I stepped on her toes (witch I didnt) She n I were sent to Texas to learn the machanics of the job. When we got back she found out she was pregnant and as it requires time off around her due date, she took extra time and when she returned with attitude because I trained others to do what she thought she was supposed to do,anyway...get this, she decided to sit in her office ( that looked out over the production floor) and do very little to nothing for the next 7 or 8 yrs, literally, an management did nothing about it.But in 2015 we all were informed our parent company was selling ISI and geuss who was the 1st to be let go, Her...and little by little everyone else were released w/severance pay,except myself an 1 other girl.We were told if the new owner kept us more than 30 days, basically our parent co. would be off the hook to pay her n I our severance pay. The new owner didn't have a game plan so she and I muttled around until 6/16 when we were told he was taking the company to the UK and we were welcome to come!He did not feel like he owed us severance because we only actually worked for him 1 yr. So my 20 of service was snubbed by my supervisors and parent co.An yes we felt like it was wrong, because we were kept on our own merit, we felt like ISI management did us completly wrong on that deal.I've lost touch with the other girl an don't know if she's working, but I haven't had any luck going thru the Temp co.and unemployment is only 26 weeks in my state, that was gone along time ago!! I feel like I did a good job for them and got a slap in the face for my efforts!!!!

Went to work for 2 weeks after they got my background check back they fired me they said they had the wrong ss # so I got both background checks from them and both of them are the same one number is off but its all the same I think that they just made up a reason to fire me what should I do

Was let go for asking coach on company softball team how she was letting her friends play on team not working there and never paid or signed papers, then benching people who did pay and work there. 3 weeks later was called into HR and told was terminated for cursing her out. This was a lie through and through I never once said single curse word and guy standing near us heard it all but they only interviewed her and two guys work at the warehouse with her noone from our planted interviewed including me?? Who can someone make up lies and u get fired?

I was let go because my manager was commenting on my breast and making lewd jokes and comments so i told him to stop harrasing me and called him a pervert and he suspended me when i went for meeting with union rep and his boss tjey didnt want to discuss him harrasing me but said i was late to many times and they were letting me go. Mind u my availability is 630pm on. But they put me on schedule for 6. I was there before 630. But they didnt want to discuss and let me go. I have 3 witness that are willing to speak up and there are much more people who still work there and are afraid to speak up. Thinkiing they would lose there job and one of them is another manager who heard him make a comment on my breast i love my job and been there for 8 years and it had become a uncomfortable. Work place so im disabiled and can only work a feq hours. And now have to wait for unemployment

I recently got out of a toxic job that was BAD, BAD, BAD! I had planned to leave once I knew that it wouldn't get better, but decided to wait until I got fired so that I could collect unemployment benefits. I was miserable long enough, i figured why not?! Now I'm looking for a new job and I don't know what to say about the whole thing. I've already lied to a few interviewers and said that I quit, but I don't know if this is the right path...or legal? I also feel pretty bad about lying!
