We would take our finished gates or fences and the customer would always be surprised when they saw the finished product.

I felt proud to work for #Texas Civil Commitment when...

Texas Civil Commitment is a terrible place to work! Located in Littlefield, Texas the facility is nothing more than an old prison keeping me locked away until they die. MTC or Management and Training Corporation handle the security side of it and that company is one of the worst to work for. There is a huge amount of sexual harrassing by male staff, under qualified people in rank positions, and no respect for the employees. Texas Civil Commitment Center is run poorly and has tons of pending lawsuits against them for the treatment of the men.

What I loved about working at #Texas Industrial Medical was meeting the patients that came in to accomplish their requirements for employment.

The problem with working at that clinic was there was too much gossiping, very political and had a management problem. Someone in authority that didn’t know how the job should be accomplished. Employees had a tendency to disappear when there was work to be done. #management
