I got this in my email and read it and it was very encouraging... lately I have been going through a hard time but things are slowly looking up, I got a job starting next Thursday but I have no money for gas to get back and forth to work, I need steel toe shoes and I have no food... THANK YOU to all that responded to my blacklisting question. You were all very helpful to me. That being said I think that working where there is a union in place is the way to go! At least you have some kind of back up. There was none where I worked for two decades. When I began working there , the managers seemed to back us up. But the years went by that seem to lessen. My last two managers { I have nine managers in 20 years} all seem to have their own agenda THEMSELVES! I would rather pay union dues for some representation.
