You could be given a higher position from machine operator to team lead or forklift driver, etc before you got hired.
#It had good management. #HR and some Supervisors were reasonable when helping with issues. #The environment was always clean. #It had a huge lunchroom that could accommodate every employee during meetings, potlucks, dinners etc. #It had also great health care benefits like vision, dental, 410k, medical etc.
I was able to be involved in all aspects of the company. I compiled job quotes for the customers per material costs and estimated man hours needed and was also the one to expedite the finished product to them per chosen shipping company.
I enjoy seeing lives altered for the better. When you learn how to truly LOVE people enough to help them change their life by applying the principles of the Word Of GOD, you are more than a volunteer.
Employee got upset at #The InkSpot/BusinessPrinting, because I changed his position and filled in his spot with a female. He threw a sexist fit. A Customer blew once because I had sent the delivery truck to his business. He wanted to pick it up himself.

Hello All, I am an international candidate searching for full time supply chain jobs since the start of 2017. I am an MBA from SUNY buffalo with 5 years of manufacturing experience and have applied to over 700 jobs on LinkedIn and Indeed. So far, I have just had 2 onsite interviews and sadly I could not get through them. Almost all companies need applicants to be US citizen and are not willing to sponsor H1B visa. With a hefty student loan, I do not have an option to go back to my home country. Shout out to all international candidates struggling to get through due to visa issues, Keep trying!! Better things are coming and request Corporate America not to discourage the next Sundar Pichai & Satya Nadella based on Visa requirement.

it is great University, i loved it, I wish I have a chance to go back and walk around and say hi to people that i know at this university and in the uk :). it is one of the top universities no question :)
