To land a job at #The Glass Baron I would make sure to...

The place is toxic, you will be treated awful. The owners do not care about their employees and my advice is to run.

I wish my job @ #The Suites of Continuing Healthcare had...

Better communication with Staff Members and less of the run around about the importance of someone's job. The housekeeping job is nice as for being able to communicate with the residents. But when the residents complain to you about the turnover rate for housekeeper's that's 😞. The amount of work you do for the little pay is definitely not worth it. But the reward of getting to know the seniors and bond with them is. So if your looking for lack of communication and pay then this is where you go to work. And beware of termination for points they don't explain at Orientation. And don't get ill with the flu and get a doctor slip to go back 2 days later they will tell you No and take you out for an extra 2 days they want you to have covered on a major holiday. And when the doctor feels you could've went back when he said and don't cover you for them taking you out they Fire you.

I loved the job. The people there are great and it is a good place. I worked there for 18 months and if they would let me come back, I would. At the end of the day, you felt like you got something accomplished when you left. I would go back in a heartbeat.
