I want them to be happy. Any personal issues stay at the door. I like to promote a happy atmosphere. No drama once they walk through those front doors.

If it was a customer, I made sure they were happy before they left. I never let a customer leave without feeling satisfied. If it was an employee, we would sit down and work together to address whatever the concern may be.
