Everyone's experience is different, and what the company is like elsewhere may not be what it was like in Utah (it has ceased its Utah operations). But with that caveat out of the way, I enjoyed the camaraderie I had among my coworkers and with supervisors at The Results Companies. No one tried to grind my ego to a fine powder and sprinkle it over his breakfast cereal. Mistakes were treated as learning opportunities rather as than excuses to do that.

I cannot speak for the company's culture in other areas of the United States or internationally. Each area has its own distinct "feel." I don't particularly enjoy being on the phones all workday, every workday, but eventually, I decided that if that's what I had to do, The Results Companies was the place to do it. Alas, the company has ceased its Utah operations, and I must look elsewhere. With the huge caveat that if other areas are like Utah was, though, it's not a bad place to work.

Sent someone to the wrong airport and he missed his flight. It wasn't entirely my fault, because at that time, the map of the area had some confusing markings on it rather than a clear indication that "This is the Area's Major International Airport." He called back threatening to sue me. I explained our escalation procedure to him and told him that, while I didn't blame him for being upset, he was welcome to avail himself of that procedure. As for his threat to sue me, well, fortunately or not, I'm "judgement-proof."

Honestly, there are places where the perks are probably better, but I did enjoy the camaraderie that existed among my coworkers and me and with my supervisors. I've worked at other places where making a mistake was the perfect excuse for management to grind my ego to a fine powder and sprinkle it on their breakfast cereal, but here, mistakes were treated as learning opportunities.
