Just know that they are strictly about revenue and you can never do good enough.

Trusting a co-manager. She was inconsistent, a micro-manager, and used someone's gossip and hearsay as an excuse to fire me. I wasn't even given 6 months to show proper revenue even though we couldn't even provide the highest profit services due to a holdup on a licensing issue. The owners expected the same kind of profit as their other spa which was in a completely different market area.
