I liked the call center floor. Televisions were available around the call center so you could go to a specific channel a customer might have had a problem with, and you could just go to that channel to see if it was an outage from the company or whether it was a problem on the customers end. Nice comfortable work environment. Clean and very 21st century.

Benefits including a pension were excellent. Loved people I worked with, loved coaching agents to be the best they could be.

Worst place to work. Management didn’t care about their employees. The office I worked in had 10 people die in 2007.. Several more has passed away since then. All they cared about was money and cared less about the employees. I was there in tech support for 14 years and let go cause I didn’t sell enough. I have been away from them since 2012, that was the best thing that happened cause I got out alive

The advancement opportunities, the customers, and the kid itself. It was challenging and thought provoking. It made you work every day.
