Don't go to the interview, I worked for the Marshalls in Wyoming transferred to the TJMAXX store in Billings, loved the Marshalls store hoped for the same experience NOT, over worked under appreciated, and management was less than careing.
I didn’t think it was hard.

When I worked at Tj Maxx I felt like I was making a difference and I stayed because I was in a program called best buddies and if I lost Tjmaxx or got fired I would lose the program too
I was employed there for 2 years made great friends worked with amazing people managers.
I worked at TJMaxx for 2 years 2 months I loved my job alot.on January 27th 2021 tjmaxx and I mutually agreed that I wouldn't work there anymore due to stress anxiety and minor Health issues.it is definitely a phenomenal job you learn so much. Not many job advancements raises come every 6 months managers and employees are amazing.
A great place to work
TJMaxx is a very stressful company to work for. No work/ life balance. Be prepared to take medications and hire a therapist to maintain your stress levels.
Your team is like your family.. There are discount weekends and you get 10%off on a daily purchases.
Hours fluzurated on a weekly basis hard to plan a budget.. Alot of training goes in to this position in retail ..
Kinda, but once your in, its a great place to work. You don't get a lot of hours but they're really a good place to work.
