I did refer a couple of people and they miss working there too. They made your job seem more like a hobby than work. Anybody who enjoyed working with people, were into real estate or insurance and were computer literate, I'm sure would have loved as I did. Since they retired, others I don't know have taken over the offices and I myself relocated.

It was only stressful if we were short staffed, which rarely happened, usually on Mondays, Fridays and sometimes when we assisted until noon on Saturdays, but that's where they [Joy & Todd] both pitched in. I have no regrets with my time there and would still be there if they hadn't retired.

In any normal given day if a customer called, texted or emailed, if I could not satisfy them, they spoke to my supervisor: via insurance; it was Joy; in real estate: it was Todd.
