I had a couple of medical emergencies and either could not work or had to leave early. I had a doctor's note each time and was penalized for each. I was given a final warning as a result. They Don't honor their employees. In addition , on the parking lot they expect employees to work in deplorable conditions. Still no honor. They blatantly discriminate against black people especially females while they give favoritism to white females who may have similar circumstances. Once again they penalize us and look over others.

I worked there 3 weeks or so part time working 8 hrs. a day as a valet driver in Duke emergency parking. Of all those days, they only relieved me one time for a ten min. break, and two or three times for a 30 min lunch. In the ER it is non stop with only 2 valet attendants. Customers waiting impatiently for their vehicles that they most likely lied about to get free parking. I walked an average of 15 miles a day according to my Walksome app. that tracks your steps
