the biggest mistake I ever made it croaking is an easy answer who was trusting someone else. when someone told me they had their chains and rigging hooked up properly and we started to lift it and it fell on their end no one was hurt but they very well could have been it was a scary situation when I was asked how to stop this and make sure it never happened again we came up with a solution that was still used today and that is you check both ends with both people

we didn't deal with customers that are directly.when truck drivers came in and found out they couldn't get out of their trucks or co-workers got upset we would let our supervisor know.we could not work with someone who is mad it was a very dangerous job and you had to be able to trust the person you were working with 100%
