As a company man and patriot... we as a nation must learn to accept change and chaos. It is at that time we will be a more aware, supportive, focused, and productive organization and serve the good public of which must support those that defend them.

I have worked for TSA for 10 years... The TSA encourages, trains, and inspires innovative thinking. While employed you will appreciate the dual ownership in accountability. You will find that Leadership supports the boots on the ground men and women of all walks of/in life.

Advanced Learning is funded and encouraged. Through Areas of critical thinking you are supported, a necessary skill set used to determine the best adaptive application of screening methods. Being able to assert a professional recommendation based off gut instincts for threat detection.

Their efforts to deter, detect and defend are hourly sacrifices. Odds are measured at needle in the hay stack evolving threats, and with limited means of technological readiness in people, process- acquisitions, testing, validation, and certifying its field readiness. Capabilities that must prove to be both effective and daployable via vendor in a competitive market regulated by certain standards in detection under the constraints of a dwindling budget.

Only by the combined support of intel community, and various internal, and external layers that filter out the bad and factor in the trusted community when applying speed to process improvement.

Support needs support to sustain... together as a village we all ensure the fluid movement of our modes of transportation safety.
