I loved making sure the students feel like they were in a safe environment so they could trust me.

It's a smal rural hospital. Team work is essential

The work was good and the people are very cool that wus my favorite job I have ever had trying to go back

Trinity Unlimited, Inc is an S-Copr that I founded in 1989 and have worked there without compensation while: working for others, looking for gainful imploment when not otherwise employed and in my spare time. I read and worked the problems at the end of chapters in accounting text books to expand my knowledge of the Subject. I also took a non-credit course from the Episcopal Diocese of Connecticut that met in Waterbury CT for 2 years; the students were divided into 4 groups of six students each; our textbooks were the Jerusalem Bible, a short text on Theology and a much longer text also on Theology. The class met from 0800 - 1600 every other Saturday from mid September through mid June.
Before each class meeting we were each assigned to write a short paper which could be presented in about 5 to 10 minutes of time. I suppose this was to teach us how how long it takes to prepare a short homily. At the end of the end of the first year we were each asked to write 3 long essays (about 10 page single spaced in 12 characters to the inch), one each about one of the major topics in the book chosen. Each student was asked to write 3 or 4 short essays on selected topics each essay should be about the same length as those presented in the small groups during the first year. We were each asked to write an essay on a topic chosen by our small group faculty leader. The last thing was to organize our graduation ceremony.
After the graduation, I was asked to be a student the permanent diaconate class.

TVe was a good place to work befo re the current administrator. She is all about the PR and her name and glory. It is a sad place to work now. She goes against all the original Lutheran Home values. She shows favoritism to her pets. She will tand before God and answer for her actions.

For 20 years I owned my own agent office. I love working from home but having them as a resource and backup. I was a freight broker and loved working with my shippers warehouses and drivers

the pay was great and benefits. Hours were great. But the management was horrible. Supervisors talking down to the employees making them feel stupid. I worked for them for 8 years and just had enough and finally left the company. I know a lot of workers that have left too because of the way they run things.

I felt proud to work for Trinity Health for many reasons. Mainly because the culture was that of caring which was reflected through my colleagues and nurtured by the organization.

then I first started to work there #aboutmyjob
