And didn't understand that we were hired by they service provider to evaluate the level of satisfaction that they had with that certain provider. Th man kept shouting at me saying they charged him more for his medical aid. Not knowing that you have different options that you choose from.

What i loved working at Twing S.A. was doing the market researcher. Talking to different clients on how they would evaluate the level of service the received from their service provider.
