Better structure, people that worked as a team. Better pay for veterans. Better management with actual experience. List goes on and since they're worth so much money it will take awhile to see the damage that's being done

If you love OT this is the job for you! Unfortunately, I am a single mother of 6 children, with my youngest being 6 months old. I was unable to find baby sitters for 14 hours days.

I didn’t want to work at UNFI. Was forced to; When UNFI bought Supervalu. Was not a good experience. UNFI laid off 200+ people. Because UNFI didn’t want to honor a union contract.
