It’s a good learning experience, however, I received mine because I got into trouble. I hope and pray that you receive your experiences from a garment store or department store. Blessed

I allowed 2 cuts (60 bundles) to pass to the sewers as they used the wrong template for sizing. However, I caught it before it pass the first section, thus giving us time for correction before they reached final. Yet, it was a stressful and hectic day.

A #stressful #Unicor(prison) day

The day one of the inspectors working under my supervision allowed a whole cut(30 bundles) to reach final with defective stitching tension and stitch count wrong. We had to correct it before leaving, otherwise we will not have made deadline.

We had a conversation, then I showed them how they can correct the problem and how to avoid it in the future as we worked together to make deadline.

First off, they will have to get in trouble like I did, not good. However, if you find yourself in such a situation, then working in Unicor can be a good learning experience.

The responsibilities, decision making, learning experience as you help sew garments together. The sense is satisfaction.
