I had 20 + Years experience from my previous job. My background with a program (JOBBOSS) showed that I had some computer experience. I was excited to venture into a "new" field in a new city. I am dependable and truly care about people. These are all traits that helped me get hired at UHG.

I have done 3 over the phone interviews with them and taken numerous tests. I have Customer Service experience and I am now working at a hospital part time. I also have a Bachelor's degree but for some reason United Health Care keeps telling me that they are pursing other candidates. How do you get on with them as a Customer Service Representative.
