The ambience between Faculty and Students. The geographical location, Merida one mile up. What used to be very good benefits.

Loved my job, biggest benefit were the students. A lot of faculty treat admin people like crap, regardless of how much time and effort you put forth to make a program successful.

Working for 2 spine doctor's and sitting their clinics, scheduling appointments,tests, surgeries, taking patient calls, covering for other secretaries kept me busy from 6 am to 5 pm. Then when the work comp clinics started and I started helping there, I was working Saturdays. So I didn't have any down time.

Talked to the person in private and let them tell me why they are mad. Told them my views in a calmly and i said im sorry youhave been upset
