It has honestly been an amazing experience working for the O'Connell Center. I have learned many new skills and enjoyed every shift. I appreciate and have a serious respect for the work the staff takes on and accomplishes.

I was able to contact a supervisor who was able to handle the situation in a calm manner. In the end, the customer was satisfied and we were happy to help and get a solution.
