I didn't mind working out of temp agencies when I was treated like anactual employee.. but most of the time I go to the job site and get looked down on because I was a temp and to them I was treated less than ..but most of the time these temp agencies are just a stepping stool to get in the door and when I show that I worked harder than the person that has been there 5 years I get noticed and end up taking their job ..so go ahead and look down on me because in the end they end up looking up to me because I have their job but I will never treat them different or degrade them like they do me because I am better than that and evidently better than them in their craft my actions speak fot it self ...just remember that there is always someone better always that's why I give 110 my all at everything
I always feel proud to work as a foreman because as a leader I encourage employees to have fun while producing harvests that is delivered world wide.
