My personal biggest mistake at Village in was letting them walk all over me. It got to the point where I was in high school and staying until about 11 making sure everything was okay. Remember to stand up for yourself even if you are getting paid for it.

The last time a customer got angry with me was because our machines shut down. The machines we used to cash people out. It was completely out of my control but they were mad that they had to continue aiding and ended up throwing the money onto the counter. On the bright side they still paid!
