The biggest mistake I think I had working at The Virginian was having my mom work there and me being her boss families do not work well together I end up having to leave the job because of the situation and I had been there for a long time I do not recommend working with families because it never works out

My experience with having a customer mad at me I tried to resolve the situation on my own and it didn't work out very well so I had gotten my manager to come with me to calm the customer down and explain through a manager size of the situation and everything turned out fine I recommend that if you have an angry customer don't approach them on your own go to your boss and bring your boss to the situation because nine times out of ten your boss can diffuse the situation a lot better than what you think you can

It made me a better person and to be able to take charge and supervise a whole crew

Stressing that the rooms won't get done before the guest check in

The Virginian Motel would be an awesome place to work you get to meet all kinds of people from all over the world and you get such a strong bond with your customers or the guest and the people that work there is awesome they can make your day so much brighter you could have a bad day and they could just come up and just make your day so much better The Virginian would be an awesome place to work if anybody ever went there

I loved working at The Virginian Motel I love the experience of becoming the head maid there and having an awesome crew and the manager there she was like one of my best friends so I could call her I could tell her anything and she just made The Virginian a home away from home
