Volkswagen the company is a good company to work for. The American management has ruined the place. I would still be working there but I'm not politically correct.
When they cared about the employee instead of there pocketbook.cared about their family home time. They wanted to make all of those thousands of cars each year and let them sit in parking lot for years unsold. I liked a little over 3 months to be able to have 10 years in then be able to lease a car when I retired but it wasn’t worth it because they didn’t give a rats ass about you management there is a joke.
