My time with Warden Security Associates has been a short time. The experience has been good. The Site Manager and Shift Supervisor have been excellent to work with. The contracted site is a very nice facility. The general feeling is very good. The company is experiencing a high turn-over rate. I don't think it is a reflection of the company, just simply people do not want to work and follow procedures.
The assignments on the site are good and everything is well supported.
