I enjoyed my time at Wayfair when I worked in their warehouse. The best parts about the job was that the pay was good, you got time off (but just weren't allowed to take it around the busy holiday rush), medical and dental if you were full time, and the people I worked with ALL pulled their weight. I hate lazy teams! I give it a 7 out of 10 honestly with it losing points because I wished there was more room to advance and grow, but at the time I never bothered to ask for more so probably my own fault.

I moved to Georgia 6 months ago, I am transitioning from the U.S.Army, and a brand new completed warehouse is up the street from my neighborhood. I applied online as a Military Storage manager at the Macon Warehouse{Savannah District). So, when will the hiring process start and how do I get on? I was told by the Ga. Dept, of Labor it would be The 1st of April, So, would it be through a temp company in the area, or direct hire, I put on the app. I can interview, to this day I recieved no phone call or E-Mail. Thank You Rudolph E. Holloway

Ok so I started at Macy's warehouse here in Joppa,MD. I was a picker, I loved my job and was good at it. I started on Sept 14th and mi d you when they did my interview I was honest to the lady plus it was on my application that I had a felony from 2011 and sis my time and am off probation and I have a charge on stet docket for 1yr with the stipulation I get a job and don't get into any trouble within that year which I hadn't. Macy's hr even had me go to the court house in Towson at 330pm the day they called about 2weeks late they tell.me there investigating my background so they could see more about the stet charge. I went to work October 20th as usual at 6am, once I get my rixketa and get ready to start picking my manager Brandi carper calls me over and says I have to.leave hands me this paper saying hr has tryed to contact me several times (bullshit) and they are suspending me it was Friday or Saturday so I had to wait till Monday.morning at 9am to call and find.out my.job staus. Well needless to say they terminated me!!!! I don't get it plus there's people there with criminal backgrounds, it was a warehouse with plates and stuff. I did good work and they fire.me wyf..is that legit? To.let me work that long then fire me????

I recently got back into the work force after being out of work for 6 years due to heart transplant. During that time i managed to finish my degree in Technical Management so i thought i would have better chance after coming back that i would find employment because i have my degree but it has been a dog fight. I even took on 2 tempt jobs working in a warehouse to try and get my foot in the door, but i haven't had much luck with the tempt jobs because as soon as the holidays were over, they let me go. I have been trying to find employment in my field but have had little luck and i am not sure what to do at this point. I'm not hopeless but i have submitted numerous amounts of resumes to have gotten some sort of response and it has yet to happen. I made sure that my resume was tight but, i'm thinking the 6 year gap is hurting my chances. Is there anything i can do at this point besides submitting a character letter because i don't want to scare off potential employers because they are going to assume i am a liability because i had a heart transplant? Please help someone

I want a job where I don’t really talk to customers. Like a fastfood place just gets me anxious. Ive worked at packaging bottles and it’s killing me( all the movements) I just cant deal with people THAT much. So what do you recommend me? I’ve thought about cleaning houses that kind of stuff where I’ll just be cleaning with no interruptions and be alone for the most part. But I don’t have a car. #jobsearch #teenjobs #Housekeeper #parttime #entrylevel #WarehouseJob
